FAQ
How do you capture weddings?
We'll be with you, by your side for most of the day. We intend to be present to capture the magic but never a distraction.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Newport South Wales, UK but happy to travel, including destination weddings abroad!
Any bookings outside of the general area may be subject to additional travel costs, so please provide the exact location of your wedding before booking.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos, generally within 12 weeks (depending on the season). You can download all the photos from the gallery and share them, choose your favourites, and even order prints!
How many photos will we receive?
For 11 hours of coverage for your wedding, you will receive over 600 fully edited images. We always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why we will only choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story.
When will we get our highlights film?
We will always endeavour to deliver both completed photos and videos together. However, during busy periods this might not always be achievable.
How long will the highlights film be?
This varies depending on song choice, however, our videos are typically 2-3 songs in length, roughly 8-12 minutes. An extended version can be produced but will come with additional costs. Please query this on booking if you wish to find out more.
What happens if we need to postpone/cancel our wedding day?
If the wedding date is postponed, provided a new date is available to us, all money paid can be carried over. If the wedding is to be cancelled outright, all payments made to-date will be forefitted.
